Listing Agreement - Terms and Conditions

The agreement covers the terms and conditions of your business listing at The Finance Pages website which is owned and operated by 2043835 Ontario Limited (referred to hereafter as "we").
- Listing at The Finance Pages are free.
- Your business must be a local business with a physical presence.
- One listing is allowed per business location, businesses attempting to submit multiple listings will be removed from the directory.
- You are required to provide true and accurate listing information and to update your listing information when it changes.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at any time for any reason or no reason. We will automatically reject any business that promotes adult content, hatred, violence or racial intolerance.
- You can terminate your listing on our website at anytime.
- We reserve the right to display listings in any order, to control and change the layout of pages, appearance and positioning of listings and advertisements.
- You will be asked to create a username and password which will give you access to your account - it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and you are solely responsible for all usage and activity on your account.
- Because of the possibility of human or technological errors, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions with your listing whether it is caused by us or by you - we do make our best effort to present your listing information correctly and will act promptly to correct any incorrect information that we discover or that is brought to our attention.
- All information on this site is protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You cannot copy, reproduce, republish, download, post or transmit any information on this website for any purpose. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any information is prohibited.
- This listing ageement is in conjunction with our Privacy Policy
- Any part of this agreement may be ammended from time to time, ammendments will be found at: www.TheFinancePages.com/listing-agreement.html
